The Romertopf fish baker #122 was specifically designed for cooking with fish. The clay baking process retains flavor and nutrients making meals more memorable yet easier to prepare. The baker can be taken directly from the oven to the table (be sure to use a trivet) for an intriguing presentation yet easy to serve.
Benefits:
- It is longer than the traditional Romertopf pot, so the entire fish can be laid across the bottom.
- Retains the moisture of delicate fish.
Simply soak the clay pot (bottom and top) for 10 minutes (30 minutes if using for the first time) and put into cold oven.
Hand wash.
